How long does assembly take?
Assembly usually takes a few minutes. Printed instructions are included, along with a QR code for the assembly video. Follow the steps for your model and check the finished setup before adding corn.
What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
How do I secure the feeder base in the ground?
For soft soil, press the base pipe and ground prongs firmly into the ground while keeping the pole straight. For hard soil, soften the area with water first and install carefully.
Why should I place corn on the lower holder?
The lower cob gives squirrels an easy place to find the food. Once they’re comfortable there, they may explore the upper holder. Give them time and watch from a distance. Each squirrel approaches a new feeder differently.
Is the squirrel feeder made in the USA?
Yes. Each unit is handmade in the USA with heavy-duty enamel-painted steel tubes and durable hardware.
What warranty is included?
Every Whirl-a-Squirrel feeder includes a one-year warranty.
How do I adjust the counterweight?
With no animals on the feeder, start with the counterweight tube near the middle of the lower swinging arm. Move it a little at a time until the upper arm barely stays raised. That resting position lets a squirrel’s weight tip the arm.
Follow the supplied instructions for securing the adjustment. If the arm won’t move freely, check for obstructions and review our troubleshooting tips. Don’t force it.
